Returns /Refunds /Replacements / Cancellations / Exchange Policy
Our return/exchange policy applies in the following situations:

  • If we haven’t delivered the complete product
  • If the product received is different from the description on our website/application
  • If the wrong quantity of product is received
  • if you do not receive the product from our end at all

To be eligible for returns/exchange, you must notify us in writing within five business days of receiving the product and must not consume the product. If you don’t notify us within the stipulated time, or if the product is consumed, or if you purchased the
product using the cash on delivery (COD) option, we won’t accept the return/exchange.

If you submit a return request within the specified period, we will collect the product from you through our logistics partner at no cost to you and inspect it. Upon receipt of the product, we will determine whether the product has a defect or damage or has been consumed, which would make you eligible for a return or replacement.

If you fail to notify us in writing within the stipulated time, or if the product is consumed, or if you don’t return the product in the manner indicated by us, we won’t accept the return.

In all other cases, we have a strict no-refund policy in place. This means that all sales are final, and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges.

All decisions regarding returns/exchanges made by us will be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decisions in any manner whatsoever.

At Markwell Enterprises, we take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in excellent condition. Therefore, we don’t accept returns or replacements for prepaid orders once they have been shipped. We will keep you informed throughout the delivery process via email or WhatsApp or SMS, and you will receive a confirmation of receipt after making a purchase./

Please note that our products aren’t eligible for replacement or refund once they have been opened. It is your responsibility to assess the suitability of our products for your lifestyle, health state, and dietary preferences. We recommend that you review the product ingredients and check for any potential interactions with your current allopathic medications. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved or dispatched by us, we shall cancel COD orders only. Pre-paid orders will not be considered for refunds and hence shall not be cancelled. You agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and/or subscription service for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the products or quantities of products ordered by you, non-availability of the services on the Website, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or due to a Force Majeure Event. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, the transaction amount will be refunded to you as per the refund policy.
